Effectiveness of Toothpaste
We, humans, have always taken care of our teeth for cosmetic and hygienic reasons from a long time ago. Clean teeth were indispensable to eat and drink, and improve one’s appearances. We needed something to brush the teeth with to make them cleaner. Because they needed clean teeth, humans came up with an idea of “toothpaste” to help remove the plaques on the teeth; plaque is sticky substance that forms on the teeth, resulting in cavity.
The earliest ‘toothpaste’ was used in ancient Egypt, China and India. Obviously, those toothpastes are not as effective as the ones we know now –an addition of fluoride contributed to radically making the teeth clean.

Life with Toothpaste
Keep your smile!
The toothpaste has successfully decreased the cavity and deterioration of teeth. Nowadays, toothpaste is used for not only hygienic but also cosmetic reasons. Before, people used toothpaste and toothbrush abrasives, antimicrobials, whitening agents, and some ingredients that they believed would work.
In early days, “Brushing” was the only effective way to make the teeth radically clean. After “Toothpaste” was introduced, “brush” and “toothpaste” have collaborated together to form a perfect resolution for healthy teeth. This is because the applications of toothpaste prevent the plaque and tartar formation chemically while brushing (abrasives) take away the surficial plaque and tartar. Some scholars say that the introduction of toothpaste changed the dental world drastically.
What would our life be like with sensitive, smelly, stained, distorted and malfunctioned teeth? The thing that damages our life the most is that we cannot eat food that we want to. Being unable to eat balanced food affects your health quite badly.
